Denne forordning respekterer og berører ikke den status kirker og religiøse sammenslutninger eller samfunn har i henhold til eksisterende forfatningsrett i medlemsstatene, som anerkjent i artikkel 17 i TEUV.
GDPR does not apply to churches and religious associations/communities
This Regulation respects and does not prejudice the status under existing constitutional law of churches and religious associations or communities in the Member States, as recognised in Article 17 TFEU.
